Happy Anniversary!!

My parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on February 19! They invited all of us out to dinner to celebrate, and I knew I wanted to bring along a special treat for them. I asked my mom to bring along some wedding pictures to our Valentine's Day dinner so I could sneak a look at their wedding cake. We brought a cake that Theresa and I made along to dinner that somewhat resembled their wedding cake, with a special message on top.

Once Jonah finished up with physical therapy in January we signed up for a Mommy/Child class at Parkettes - the same class that Riley and I took at the same age. Aunt Theresa was in town this weekend, so she came with us to class!

I LOVE a good holiday!

We celebrated Valentine's Day with a lot of love!! The boys woke up to some treats at the breakfast table...

... we hosted some friends to make heart-shaped soft pretzels...

... made some Valentine cupcakes...

... (and had a sample, of course)...

 ... and made pizzas with our favorite local grandparents!

Quick trip to the park

This particular afternoon in late January was pretty warm, so we headed across the street to the Parkway for a few minutes before dinner to look for acorns.

After dinner we had popsicles for dessert... Jonah's first! I think he liked it!
