Carrie's Visit

We had my dear friend Carrie, her husband and two kids stay with us for a weekend in July. It was SO fun to have them... the kids got along so well and Carrie and I had a great time catching up. We even sent our husbands out golfing one morning to give them some down time.

We had a double date night at our old hangout (and made them dig our mugs out of the basement!)

I always love seeing Carrie and we still need to work out a way for us to live closer together!

5 months old!

On July 15 Audrey turned 5 months old!

First trophy!

Riley got a trophy for playing T-ball this season with the Salisbury Youth Association. We're very proud of the effort he put into his season!

Food time!

Audrey had her first taste of baby food today (rice cereal mixed with apple juice).

4th of July

This year on the 4th of July we had lunch at my parent's house and then traveled to South Jersey for a picnic at my former co-worker Adam's house. My mom pulled out a dress that my sisters and I each wore and we dressed Audrey in it.

The boys baked and decorated cookies with Nanny.

At Adam's house the boys got glow bracelets before the fireworks started.

Riley was SO excited about seeing fireworks but he was asleep before they even started!!

Special mail for a special lady

When I sent out Audrey's birth announcements I also sent one to the White House, and in June this came to our house!
