We have a lot of good days around here, but we also have some not-so-good ones. Today was one of the roughest. A combination of factors makes Riley pretty hard to deal with some days - he's been potty training which has been a HUGE change for all of us and there's always an adjustment period to not having Abe around when he goes on a trip. But it's after days like these when I spend a lot of time thinking about what's gone on and how I can parent better and make the next day a more pleasant one.
