Today was a hot one, even when we were inside! Our first floor was a little warm all morning, but when I went to put Jonah down for his nap I found out that it was sweltering upstairs. Thankfully Fritch was able to come out that afternoon to diagnose and fix our issue - a blown capacitor in our upstairs AC unit. Needless to say, the boys spent most of the afternoon in just their diaper & underwear.

Jonah had some important calls to make.

Tonight was one of the Summer Series 5k's run by Lehigh Valley Road Runners. Normally this is a race I'd run, but with Abe out of town we decided to hold a pre-race picnic with one of our friends and cheer on our friends who were running.

During the race Riley and his pals threw rocks into the creek...

Riley thought it was great fun to follow his pal Eli around.

Katherine brought a squirt bottle with her, so she was the most popular girl of the evening.

And Jonah was just plain tuckered out by the heat.
