Jonah takes a nice long afternoon nap every day, and now that Riley isn't napping at all I'm always looking for quiet projects that are going to hold his attention for a while so I can get caught up on a few things. Today's was a stroke of genius. His bucket of shells from our trip to the shore was still sitting in the laundry room, so I fixed Riley up with a big pan of water and a few towels to lay them on. He very carefully and delicately swished every single shell in the water to clean the sand off and it took him forever! Too bad that project can only be done once...
